Feb 15, 2012: Blaze here. My son has decided he likes to call me “Chief”. Let me tell you, this child has a sense of humor AND a desire to connect. These are the personality traits that revealed themselves when we started treating for environmental damage…not “autism”. But that’s what the docs call it. Autism. Whatever. He’s not mentally ill. He’s just ill.

Jody Mack Love it! My little girl (who also has “autism”) recently said “what if I call you ‘dodge’?”. I was terribly amused…and stunned by both her intelligence and humor. We must work to heal these kids…our world desperately needs all they have to offer.February 15 at 4:43am · Like ·
