TEAM TMR: Recovery From Autism Is Real

Over the last few years, some of our kids have acheived that all-too-elusive word: Recovery. In the upcoming TEAM TMR ebook (visit the TEAM TMR website to learn more), some of the authors have children who have recovered.  We have heard from you, our Thinkers, and listened to the stories of your childrens’ recoveries. For those of you starting out, start strong. There is so much hope. For those of you who have been on this well-worn road for many years, pause here and get your fill of support.  I am reminded of Mama Bear’s post Hear me Roar…Again!, where during her first Super Spartan race, she thought of our kids as she overcame each obstacle.

We are doing this. Together. It is happening. Don’t give up. We will overcome.

Please view and share Prima’s latest amazing video…share hope, share love, share recovery.

Recovered daughter here, and so thankful and thrilled to see the progress others are having. This is beautiful! Thank-you!

Our son is so much recovered that those who meet him have no doubt that he “doesn’t” have autism. He’s 5 1/2….it is a long road through recovery. But it can work!

He lost all language & 2 months after his 2nd bday we got him a speech therapist. He acquired 6 words in 2 months. Then we cut out wheat&dairy (cold turkey). He acquired 41 words in 1 & 1/2 weeks! Then came prayers…therapies…. DAN drs…chiropractors…. At 5 1/2 he’s an amazingly smart boy! We can’t wait till he’s old enough to truly grasp what he went through.

      Antoinette,
Wow, can you please share the diet, and/or other recovery methods? This is very encouraging indeed.
