It is important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you do not absolutely love your selections, we will gladly issue a refund for the value of the merchandise within 21 days of purchase.
- Merchandise must be returned with a copy of your PayPal receipt that was emailed to you
- Items should be returned new and unused. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered will not be refunded.
- Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card. Shipping and handling costs will not be refunded for items returned.
- If your order has been sent to a destination within the USA, sales taxes (if applicable) will be refunded. Outside USA, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through Thinking Mom’s Revolution. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly. As this may not be available for all countries, we recommend that you hire a customs broker if you wish to claim back duties on returned merchandise.
- Please note refunds may take up to 30 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately we are unable to influence this.
- After returning your purchase, you may re-order through the TMR Shop.

- Print your PayPal receipt.
- Place your items and PayPal receipt in a secure package. Please allow 30 days for us to receive and process your request.
